This Privacy Policy document contains the type of information collected and recorded by Noise and how we use it.

If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

This Privacy Policy explains how Noise Inc ("Noise", "we") collects, uses, shares and keeps personal information when you use our websites, the Noise brand portal, the Noise creator app, our APIs, and the Noise tools you connect to AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Consent

By using our apps, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information we collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our apps. Improve, personalize, and expand our apps
  • Understand and analyze how you use our apps. Develop new products, services, features, and functionality
  • Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to our apps, and for marketing and promotional purposes
  • Send you emails
  • Find and prevent fraud

AI assistants and connected apps

Brands can connect Noise to an AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, so the assistant can read the brand's Noise data and make changes for it.

  • What we collect: the email address and sign-in identifiers from your sign-in (handled by our sign-in provider, Scalekit), which assistant connected, and a record of each request the assistant sends to Noise: the action, its time, whether it succeeded and the IP address it came from. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, its memory or your files.
  • How we use it: to carry out the requests, to keep a record of changes made to your brand's campaigns and playbooks (who changed what, and when), and for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
  • Who receives it: the company behind the assistant you connected (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) receives the results of your requests, including your campaigns, playbooks and reports and creators' public handles and post statistics, and handles them under its own privacy policy. Our sign-in, hosting and logging providers process it on our behalf.
  • How long we keep it: request logs for up to 90 days; changes in your brand's change history while the brand account exists; the connection until you disconnect it.
  • Your choices: disconnect the assistant at any time in the assistant's settings, and ask us to delete your information at [email protected].
